bauma is one of the most significant trade fairs in the world — with vast outdoor areas, complex machinery exhibits, and stands that set the highest architectural standards. I photograph here regularly and know the particular lighting situations and logistical challenges of this unique fair.

How much does trade fair photography at bauma cost?
Packages start at €300 net for a compact stand documentation and go up to €1,000 for large stands from 200 m². For outdoor area stands or unusually large exhibits I’m happy to provide a custom quote. Travel to Messe München is free of charge.
How do you photograph construction machinery and large-scale exhibits?
Large exhibits at bauma require the right distance, the right angle, and often the natural light of the outdoor area. I combine ambient and supplementary light to capture both volume and detail — producing images that work in a catalogue, not just on the show floor.
Do you photograph on the bauma outdoor exhibition area?
Yes. The outdoor area presents specific lighting conditions — changing daylight, cloud cover, and large shadows cast by the machines themselves. I know these conditions and plan the shoot timing accordingly.
How quickly will I receive the finished images?
Within 3 business days via download link. Express delivery within 24 hours is available on request.
What usage rights are included?
Full rights for marketing, press and internal communications — print and digital, with no time limit. No hidden licensing costs.
Do you also photograph at other Messe München trade fairs?
Yes — I regularly work at all major trade fairs at Messe München, including IFAT, BAU, electronica, productronica, Inhorgenta and EXPO Real. As a local photographer I’m available on short notice and know all four Messe München locations.
