Are the prices net or gross?
All prices are net plus the statutory VAT of 19%. Different rules may apply for small businesses or foreign companies within the EU — feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
What is included in the usage rights?
All packages include full usage rights for marketing, press, and internal communication — print and digital, with no time limit. No hidden licensing costs, no subsequent claims.
Is travel to Messe München really free of charge?
Yes — no travel costs apply for all trade fair photography commissions at Messe München. For commissions outside Munich, a travel surcharge applies and is clearly stated in the quote.
How quickly will I receive the finished images?
For trade fair photography within 3 business days, for exhibition photography within 5 business days. Express delivery within 24 hours is available at an additional charge.
Can I combine multiple packages?
Yes — for example, stand photography and people photography in a single appointment. Combined commissions are generally less expensive than two separate bookings. Just get in touch.
Are there discounts for stand builders and agencies?
When booking multiple stands at the same fair, you benefit from attractive rates — one contact, one consistent visual style, streamlined collaboration. Ask about a custom agency quote.
